I have come a long way since testing with Thrive and since making the decision to stop repeating the same bad habits. I grew up thinking food was a way to calm myself from everyday worries and stress in my home. Diet was a word I didn’t hear too much of. It was “Eat! Eat! You’re too thin!” Maureen saved me by showing me eating is to nourish and sustain the body. Food combining is now my most important rule to follow. I’ve lost weight, sleep better and feel lighter on my feet. I thought the new eating style would be hard, but now I don’t even have the urge to eat some of the foods I used to love. I can even make them for others without temptation!
